Oct 27 Conversational Webinar: “What’s On Your Mind?”
UMB’S Wellness and EAP Collaborative Event: What’s On Your Mind? A Safe Place to Talk
Tuesday, October 27, 2020 2:00 PM-3:00 PM (UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)
The pandemic has drastically altered our professional and personal lives. How we work, interact socially, and engage in daily life has transformed. This shift in routine can result in confusion, anxiety and other reactions.
In a Baltimore Sun article, it states, “across Maryland, one in three people say the pandemic has left them feeling anxious and depressed. According to a survey by the CDC, the rate has been as high as 40%.”
Our new normal is to work, play, and learn virtually, which is affecting our families, colleagues and loved ones. As we are “socially distant” our support systems are feeling the impact and face a critical need to support ongoing challenges.
UMB’s Wellness and EAP is committed to providing support and resources to help our employees navigate these uncertain times. Please join us for a “What’s on your Mind” conversation. This platform is completely voluntary and strictly confidential and provides a safe space to uplift and support.
